Surface profiling (non-contact)

Optical surface profiling is a fast and easy way to produce very detailed surface representations of your samples. The technique can be used both with interferometry and in confocal mode. Different magnifications can be used based on the sample and the surface area of interest. Besides a detailed surface profile, important parameters such as surface roughness can be derived from the analysis.
