Condensation polymerization

The Premex 0,38 L vessel is used predominantly for processes that require high temperature and/or yield highly viscous reaction mixtures. A heavy-duty stirrer (anchor or propeller shaped impellers) is capable of handling the high viscosities often met in polycondensations like polyamide synthesis. Temperature control is fully programmable, and the combination of electrical heating and water cooling allows for rapid temperature changes. A bottom valve is present for convenient product recovery.
